International Master of Science in Manufacturing Technology (MMT)

With the aim of contributing to the international exchange of scientific information and to intercultural understanding in the field of environmental technology, we provide scholarship funding for selected international study courses. In doing so, we want to help young people from other cultures enhance their existing skills in Germany, and also support the international outreach of German universities.

We are awarding three full scholarships to students who are both studying at Dortmund Technical University. Over a period of two years, these scholarship holders will complete their international “Master of Science in Manufacturing Technology” (MMT) – a unique course in the field of manufacturing and production technology – and also learn more about the German language and culture. MMT students must already have completed a degree in engineering (Bachelor) and be among the top ten per cent of their university cohort in their home country.

Our funding partner:

The Institute of Forming Technology and Lightweight Construction (IUL) at Dortmund Technical University is our main contact for this project. The key focus of this institute is on developing innovative forming processes and process chains for the purposes of lightweight construction and energy efficiency.
