Dortmund. The Board of Trustees of the Wilo-Foundation, which holds the majority of shares in WILO SE, will see some changes in April. Hans-Jörg Bullinger, who was a member of the Board of Trustees ever since the foundation was established in 2011 and Chairman of the Board of Trustees since 2016, will withdraw from the Board of Trustees on reaching the age limit. Effective from 13 April 2019, Oliver Hermes (48), Chairman of the Executive Board and Chief Executive Officer of WILO SE, will become Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the family-based Wilo-Foundation.
